Quick answers
Where's my order?
All orders are despatched with Australia Post within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Tracking details are emailed on the day of despatch, so check your inbox and spam folder. Your parcel may not show in tracking until Australia Post scans it. If it still hasn't turned up when you expected, send us a message with your order number.
Do you ship to my area?
We post Australia wide. Most orders go with Australia Post, though on occasion we may use a courier. Choose $10 Standard or $15 Express delivery at checkout.
How do I store my salami, and how long does it keep?
Take it out of its original packaging and pop it in a brown paper bag in the fridge. Salami keeps for up to 9 months, and mettwurst for up to 3 months.
Do you use preservatives?
Yes. The NSW Food Authority requires preservatives in cured meat, and we use the minimum amount possible to meet those rules. Full ingredients are listed on each product page, and there's more on our FAQ page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Send us a message with your order number as soon as you can. We can cancel before your order is despatched. Once it's despatched, we can't change it, but we'll do our best, and address changes go through Australia Post.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. Grocers, cafes, delis, bars and cellar doors can find our trade terms and enquiry form on the Partner with us page.
