In the unlikely event that you'll need to store your salami we recommend that you remove it from it's original packaging and place it in a brown paper bag inside your fridge. Salami can keep for up to 12 months.
Yes it is. Salami can grow a mouldy outside layer and it is extremely normal. A quick wipe over with some diluted vinegar or good wine should do the trick. Just don't let it last that long.
