We send most orders via Australia Post however on occasion we may use a courier.

In the unlikely event that you'll need to store your salami we recommend that you remove it from it's original packaging and place it in a brown paper bag inside your fridge. Salami can keep for up to 12 months.

Yes it is. Salami can grow a mouldy outside layer and it is extremely normal. A quick wipe over with some diluted vinegar or good wine should do the trick. Just don't let it last that long.

Jerkys, pork crackle and Hunganrian Salami are the only products that contain gluten.

Our Blue Cheese Salmi does contain Lactose.
