Refunds for Change of Mind

Once an order has been dispatched, I'm unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, if you contact me before your order has been dispatched, and provide your order number, I can cancel your order and issue a refund. Please note that refunds may be subject to restocking or merchant fees as outlined below.

After dispatch, and once tracking details have been issued, cancellations are no longer possible. Additionally, refunds or returns are not available for custom orders.

Warranty and Returns for Faulty Products

I stand behind the quality of my products, which are guaranteed within a reasonable shelf-life. If a fault is discovered, returns must be initiated within 30 days of identifying the issue. 

Damages or Issues with Your Order

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact me immediately if you notice any defects, damage, or incorrect items. This allows me to promptly evaluate and resolve the issue for you.

Please note: Returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

I are unable to process exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Refund Process

Once I receive and inspect your returned item, I will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
